TWEEN POOL PARTY - 11th BDAY

So, we are 11. Wow!  Born on the 11th of the 11th.  They say 11 is a master number.  Well, isn’t it?! Like a blossoming flower, this girl is growing up.  Like a butterfly, starting to spread its wings but with caution.  The Scorpio in her hasn’t quite caught up yet.  She’s still the same quiet, shy and funny girl she always was.  On a sunny, November Spring 2016, my Bella turned 11. This was an unplanned party. Didn’t we say, we stop parties at 10?! 😂😂😂 What can we do? We are obsessed! Plus, we love seeing her friends get together on beautiful days like this.

Her best friend, Ash is also a Scorpio.  They are 5 days apart.
How special are these two.  Their friendship started way back in Kindergarten -
when they were both 5.

As this party was not planned, I told her she can only invite 6 friends.
Have you heard 6 girls screaming in the pool? Hah! You need ear plugs. 

Simple party for a small group of tween girls.  Popcorn, sprinkle buns, lollies
& pizza is yet to be ordered.

But first, let’s pop some water balloons.

PAJAMA PARTY - 10th BDAY

So, we are 10! W-O-W! What a milestone! Wasn't it just yesterday that I was planning her very first birthday??? The one that gave me the inspiration to blog her parties.
My baby is 10 years old!  And in her usual Bella style, she reminded me that I told her she will be allowed a sleep over party when she's 10.  Well, that was when she was 7.  When I thought three years will take forever but it didn't.  In fact, three years went by like a shoo-fly!

So, here's all the prepping...
Buntings from the Party Store and with the help of a gold sharpie, sharpie.com I wrote those letters D-R-È-A-M for my little dreamer.

Some sweet dream goodies to take home for those who are not sleeping over and for some lucky ones who will. 😉

 

The birthday cake made by her after school care teacher, Ms. Tiffany who was also her favourite! How lucky is my girl to have this very clever cake.

My fave girl, Eky made these yummy chocolate mousse for my girl and I topped them up with fruit jellies. This was a favourite!
